What was the highlight of Kinbe Deluxe Boutique Hotel
Very cool hotel, in very central lively location.
The room size was great, I was in a King room and the bed was huge and super comfy. Really liked the design of the room, the clean white walls had a great vibe to it and the balcony over looked the pool.
I was staying on a Friday and Saturday night and because the location is very central it was in the middle of everything. So if you were coming over those days for an early night its not the place for you as the sound does travel.

What was the highlight of Kinbe Deluxe Boutique Hotel
Hotel Kinbe is an excellent choice and a good value for its location and its beauty.
I very highly recommend the Kinbe and will stay there again when I go back to Playa del Carmen. The location is perfect on Calle 10, around the corner from "5th Avenue" where the shops and restaurants are located, and a 30-second walk to the beach. We found we had no reason to rent a car. The decor is simple but beautiful in white with many design touches in the rooms and common areas. The rooms are centered around the peaceful courtyard which has a sweet, small pool. There is a nice roof deck equipped for sun-bathing. There is no restaurant on the premises but with 5th AVE so close, none was required. The whole place is scrupulously clean.
The only con in my second floor room in the back was the sound of a generator or air conditioner making a constant loud, white noise. This might not be noticeable on other floors or rooms in the front.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location between Fifth Ave and the beach.
Lighting in the bathroom was dark. A few minor maintenance issues.

I loved it! A beautiful, comfortable place to stay in a wonderful location.
This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and linens. All the features of the bedroom and bathroom are new and very clean. The rooms also have a balcony looking out at a courtyard with a waterfall. It is so relaxing to just sit out there. The employees were so helpful and friendly. They volunteered to help me go online and print out my boarding passes, which other hotels have not helped me with in the past. The location was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
